Aftertaste: Coffee Cupping Class (11 July 2008)

¡§It was totally out of my expectation! I never knew that the tastae of coffee is bitter. It is like Chinese Herbal Tea (¤Ü¥|¨ý). But it tastes good!¡¨ our member, Mr. Frederick Keung shared.

The aroma of coffee filled the entire room, our members and guests relaxed themselves thoroughly by enjoying a cup of ¡¥after work¡¦ coffee in a soft-lit and cozy atmosphere. They had a chance to tasting different types of coffee beans like Columbian, Brazilian, Italian and the infamous Blue Mountain Coffee. Everyone mingled and enjoyed the lively presentation by Mr. Howard Ling. ¡§The content is very interesting. The speaker presents it from the point of tasting and not commercial. It is very enjoyable and refreshing, particularly after work.¡¨ shared a happy Doris Yung, our member. Another member, Mr. Vincent Tang, added ¡§Excellent speaker - Howard's presentation was very engaging and informative. I can feel his passion and energy towards the subject.¡¨
